“Broom
& Groom” is a wonderful experience for me
to read every page. Each page in the book is useful
to improve the way of life. Certainly, this book will
contribute to create awareness among all in setting
their own standards in disciplining their lives leading
to good life, good society, and thereby a good nation.
APJ Abdul Kalam
Former President
of India
"Pavan Choudary's passion for dwelling deep into
the questions one feels remain unanswered, has ensured
him a place amongst the foremost thinkers of the world."
-The Times of India
“…It was dark by the time I got on the
train to a long journey home: all I could see was
the lights at each station that the train went by.
Pavan’s words echoed loud and clear in my mind.
“I’ve already lived half my life and now
in the second half of my life I still have a spark
within me which could either light my pyre or ignite
a fire of awareness and insight into individuals leading
to their evolution, and if that happened I would feel
complete as I would’ve done my bit towards human
evolution. Maana ki hai andhera Ghana, kisne kaha
hai ki diya jalana hai mana. Even though the darkness
is stark, there can always be someone to ignite a
torch.”
- Excerpt from a recent article in the People Magazine,
Australia titled,
“Modern-day Chanakya explains the Art of Wise
Leadership”
"I'm really impressed with Pavan's
book. It's the first time I've ever read anything
like it, and I imagine it's the best introduction.
I really enjoy how he looks at people, and I'm learning
a lot... I tell people, don't go with Eckhart Tolle
just because Oprah says you should. Go with someone
who does it because they honestly have something interesting
to say."
- Carolyn Marcille (Barnes
& Noble, New York, USA)
"Pavan is a megamind taking
Indian thinking to refreshing new heights in the global
arena. His works should be made compulsory reading
for parliamentarians, teachers and parents."
- Dr. Kiran Bedi, IPS
retd. (India's first highest ranking woman officer)
"This book has been able to
capture the spirit of Confucianism. It is most appropriate
that it dwells on the social aspect of Confucianism.
It talks of Social Harmony, which is key to Confucius."
- Mr. Xei Fei (Cultural Head, Chinese Embassy)
“Respected Pavan Choudary
spoke to the students of The University of Sydney
about 'Secrets to Success'. He disclosed nine secrets
which, when used effectively would open doors to the
path to success. Mr. Choudary is an avid speaker and
made his talk interesting and insightful by the use
of stories, humour, videos and pictures. The audience
found his talk so interesting and insightful that
they session went over time with Q and A, where the
students shared their experiences and tried to gain
guruacharya's perceptions on leadership, success and
life.”

“Pavan's advise in using wisdom and creativity
in managing people is valuable for entrepreneurs as
they build teams to create wealth and develop leadership.
His book on how one can turn into a submarine, as
while sinking, is exactly what the entrepreneurs need
to do. There's an opportunity in every adverse circumstance.”
- Murali Dharan

really great. The subject matter was very strong and
was presented very properly by telling examples/stories
in a simple way. It was very educative and style of
delivery was simple and effective. It was very well
received and appreciated by everybody. Difficult topic
was made very simple to understand."

"P.V. Rajgopal, Ex Director, National
Police Academy and author of the book on leadership
and teamwork, "We did it", has this to say
about Pavan Choudary.
"When Pavan first came to deliver a talk at the
NPA, noticing his youth and background, I was sceptical
about how his talk would be received by the audience
of senior police officers. I was over whelmed by the
feedback that was received. The critical audience
gave him the highest rating given to few speakers.
The points puts forward by him were enlightening and
very original. Regarding his style of delivery, one
commented, "The speaker put forward his points
like a Grandmaster making his moves on a chessboard."
Pavan gave me brilliant and thought provoking ideas
after going through the Manuscript of my book, which
I incorporated. He is a man to watch. He might just
be the next Deepak Chopra".
-P.V. Rajgopal IPS,
Ex Director, National Police Academy.
Author of "I was Nehru's Shadow".
I heard Pavan first at the National Police Academy
while undergoing a senior management course. As one
of the youngest CEOs of Private sector and an acclaimed
speaker on the corporate lecture circuit, as I could
learn later, he was invited to address an audience
of Superintendents of Police ranking officials on
“ How a king should rule”. Even before
he could start, some of the Superintendents and Deputy
Commissioners of Police in the audience started expressing
among them their apprehension about this young speaker’s
ability to deliver on a topic like this. As Pavan
proceeded, those clouds started withering away and
everyone could see the light of his acumen. He spoke
about the Wisdom of ruling as well as of life. As
he gave one gem after another the doubts of the audience
with his youth started converting in to genuine respect
for his fine mind. In the end there was only one whisper
floating on everyone’s lips, and that was, how
has he come to know all this so young? It was a truly
enlightening session and has been recorded as one
of the highest rated talks at the academy by no less
than the then Director of the NPA, Mr. P.V. Rajgopal
in his memoirs.

“When you are sinking become a submarine”
is full of wise and creative insights which are path
breaking. It is indeed a new level in thinking, and
expounds a new philosophy of power. Every page is
loaded with wisdom. It will immensely help every one
in the corporate sector- be it an established leader

-Rajeev Chaba, President

There is an intenseness about my friend which I have
not seen in many. He combines a powerful sense of
purpose of a hardcore professional with the instinctiveness
of a guru who looks beyond situation, place and time.
Right from the time I had known him I have been touched
directly and indirectly by this intensity for which
I am grateful, so must be countless number of friends
and followers whose rank would only swell.
-Thothathri Raman
Consulting Editor, Business India
“I have heard and read the greatest thinkers
and practitioners from all over the world. But Pavan’s
ideas have no match. His wisdom is unique and profound
yet simple to practice. It stems from his sensitivity
which has given him an experience of a lifetime in
the short span of 45 years. It has already helped
many like me. And it is now time for the world to
hear him. You have in him an Indian world Guru. Mark
my words.”
